We were lucky enough to get Maggie! She is such a sweet girl and is LOVING being spoiled rotten. She is good with the cats. Special thanks to the Russell’s. Their love for this beautiful girl was evident. Their care for her was extraordinary….. They are awesome folks! She will be great Jerry, I promise!

I am interested in adopting Margaret. I have a 3 yr old Basset Hound male,an 8 yr old Boxer female, and a 14 yr old cat. all are neutuered. Would consider her if you think she gets along with other dogs and a cat.

Sophie Manning crossed over the rainbow bridge early Saturday morning (July 16, 2011) after being diagnosed with cancer seven days prior. We brought Sophie home December 27, 2009 where she lived with Barbra and myself and her two feline sisters (Squeaker and Callie). She was loved by anyone who met her. She picked me out at the adoption event at Davis Kidd. She will be missed terribly by us and those who knew her but we can take comfort in the fact that she was spared a long painful illness.

Rest well, Baby Girl and I will see you again when we wiil be together once more.

On March 12th my son and I adopted Muddy, now Buddy, who has been
a joy to both of us. He loves attention of course and loves his
ball. He barks at storms but rarely barks otherwise. He is so
loveable and playful. He has a great disposition and welcomes
anyone into the house if they’ll just give him some attention.
We are so happy to have Buddy as a part of our family.
I hope others will see the need to check out RGDR if they are
interested in adopting a pet.
Thanks for all you do to see that these animals get good homes.

Thanks to all who have expressed concern and for the prayers. Nikki’s white count has come down a LOT closer to normal.
She is still on oxygen but her lung xrays looked better today and the doc was going to try and give her more time outside of the oxygen chamber to see how she could tolerate it. She still has normal functioning kidneys in spite of the massive doses of antibiotics. This dog is a fighter with a great spirit!
