Introducing this week's dog of the week ... Quil

Quil is a little cutie. Real Good Dog Rescue volunteers and the staff at Hollywood Feed who've seen him at adoption events over the past couple of months just cannot figure out why Quil has not yet found his FURever home.

Quil loves everyone he meets - whether human or canine. He relaxes well, and he also plays well with others.

Quil reminds us of the chicken hawk in the Foghorn Leghorn cartoons. Guess we should have named him Henery, in honor of the same! He's full of energy and out to conquer the world!

Our best guess is that Quil is some type of Chihuahua mix. We've thought of checking his DNA, but figure that would cost money and not get us much closer to knowing his heritage.

As of Feb. 2012, Quil is around 4 months old and weighs 5-6 pounds. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and up to date on all his shots.

We hope YOU'LL consider Quil if you're looking to adopt. Alternately, help us find him a home by sharing his story with family and friends.

Read more about Quil. Click on our adopt link at the top of the page if you could give our precious Quil his furever home.

In the meantime, watch this fabulous video of him, filled with pictures and video snapshots taken during January and February 2012.

Our motto: The best dogs come in unmarked packages!
